Where It Began

A service built on trust and real need.

Lancaster PA Executor Services didn’t start with a business plan—it started with a problem that kept an attorney up at night.

In the spring 2024, Bellomo & Associates, an estate planning and elder law firm based in York, PA, came to me with a dilemma they’d been wrestling with for years. The attorneys at the firm regularly met with clients who had carefully crafted their wills and powers of attorney, only to realize they had no one to name. Adult children lived across the country, friends were the same age and facing their own health challenges, or family dynamics made it impossible to choose someone without creating conflict.

“These are good people who’ve done everything right,” Jeff Bellomo, owner of the firm, told me. “They’ve planned ahead, they have the resources—but they don’t have a person. And the big financial institutions either won’t take clients with estates under a certain threshold or charge fees that eat up everything they’ve saved.”

Jeff had watched me serve his clients through my traveling notary service, Lancaster PA Notary. I’d shown up at senior living facilities, hospitals, hospice residences—meeting people during vulnerable moments and treating every signature with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. He saw how I made his clients feel seen and cared for, not rushed through a transaction.

That’s when I was asked a question that changed my life: “Would you consider starting a fiduciary company? We need someone we can trust to care for our clients the way I would want someone to care for my own parents.”

The trust Jeff placed in me wasn’t just professional—it was deeply personal. He was entrusting me with his clients’ entire lives: their finances, their healthcare decisions, their final wishes. These weren’t just referrals; they were introductions to people he cared about, people who needed an advocate who would show up with the same integrity he’d witnessed through our notary work together.

Jeff didn’t just give me a few clients and wish me luck. He opened doors. He introduced me to other respected law firms, helping expand Lancaster PA Executor Services’ footprint across central Pennsylvania. His confidence in me gave other attorneys the confidence to trust me with their clients too.

What began as a way to help a handful of Jeff’s clients has grown into something far bigger. Today, Lancaster PA Executor Services serves families across central Pennsylvania and beyond, partnering with multiple estate planning and elder law firms, and becoming the trusted solution for seniors who deserve professional, affordable, personalized fiduciary support.

Every client I serve carries forward Jeff’s original vision: that everyone—regardless of family circumstances or estate size—deserves someone in their corner who will show up, advocate fiercely, and ensure they’re not alone during their golden years.

That’s the promise I made to Jeff, and it’s the promise I make to every family who walks through my door.
