Pam Witwer
Owner and Independent Fiduciary
I created this company in 2024 after learning there was a critical gap in our community: too many seniors facing their golden years without trusted support to navigate complex financial and healthcare decisions. What started as a vision to serve one or two families has grown into a thriving independent fiduciary firm that provides Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Executor, and Trustee services throughout central Pennsylvania.
I’m also the founder and owner of Lancaster PA Notary, my senior-focused traveling notary service that I established in 2023. Running two businesses allows me to serve families at different stages—whether they need a simple notarization or comprehensive life management. Both companies share the same heart: ensuring vulnerable seniors aren’t alone during some of life’s most challenging transitions.
My path to entrepreneurship came after 30 rewarding years with the Pennsylvania state government, where I specialized in finance, budgeting, and account management. That foundation gave me the technical expertise to handle complex estate matters, but it’s the relationships I’ve built with families that make this work so meaningful. I’ve witnessed firsthand how having a trusted fiduciary can transform anxiety into peace of mind—for both seniors and their adult children who live too far away or don’t have the expertise to manage everything themselves.
I’m deeply involved in our business community through BNI (Business Network International), Southern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, Southern York County Business Association, and several senior-focused networking groups. These connections allow me to build trusted relationships with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals who share my commitment to serving families with integrity.
My professional memberships in the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM) and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania keep me current on industry best practices and connect me with a network of experts nationwide. I’m honored to serve as Board Secretary for the Center for Independent Living Opportunities, a non-profit supporting individuals with disabilities throughout York, Chester and Adams counties. I also volunteer with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, a cause close to my heart given the clients I serve.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my husband and best friend, Ron. We enjoy day trips, swimming, and hunting for treasures at yard sales. We recently took our first international trip together to Mexico! We are the proud parents of two young adult sons, Ethan and Gabriel. Our home is complete with two senior rescue dogs and two quirky rescue cats who remind me daily why I do this work—everyone deserves to be cared for in their later years.
Jenny
Lead Fiduciary Agent
I’m excited to serve Lancaster PA Executor Services as a Lead Fiduciary Agent. I’m deeply passionate about helping seniors navigate everyday life and easing the stresses that can come with things like daily finances, organization, and decision-making. My goal is always to bring clarity, calm, and confidence to my clients and their families.
I bring over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background in both sales and management. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead successful teams, manage companies for others, and develop a strong foundation in problem-solving and client advocacy. I actually began my professional journey in the marketing department of a Lancaster County Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), which sparked my long-standing commitment to serving seniors with care and respect.
Providing excellent customer service has always been at the heart of my work. Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm personality, clear communication, and ability to help them reach their goals with confidence. I truly enjoy building relationships and love visiting our clients in person whenever possible—it’s one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my partner, Mike, and our lively blended family. We have four children—Mallory, Mikey, Weston, and Josie—and two Labradors, Maverick and Brody, so our home is always loud, busy, and full of life! We love escaping to our family cabin, spending time at the beach, and going on new adventures together.
I can’t wait to meet you!
Angela
Client Care Coordinator
I’ve spent the last decade of my professional life helping people feel safe, supported, and truly seen—especially during moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
I currently serve as a Client Care Coordinator with Lancaster PA Executor Services, where I focus on comfort visits and relationship-centered support for some of our most vulnerable clients. Much of my work involves spending meaningful time with individuals who may no longer have close family or friends, reassuring them that they are not alone and that they have a dedicated team who genuinely cares about their well-being. These visits are often less about tasks and more about presence—listening, offering reassurance, and creating a sense of stability during difficult transitions.
My background is rooted in healthcare. I have over eight years of experience as a respiratory therapist, along with degrees in Health Science and Respiratory Care. Working in fast-paced, high-pressure medical environments taught me how deeply fear, stress, and uncertainty can affect people—and how powerful compassion and clear communication can be in restoring a sense of calm and dignity. More recently, I earned my Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, driven by a desire to take what I’ve learned and apply it in ways that help individuals and systems function with greater empathy, clarity, and purpose.
What draws me to this work is simple: not everyone has access to the support they need, especially later in life. I believe everyone deserves to feel cared for, respected, and advocated for, no matter their circumstances.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors bicycling local nature trails, taking long walks with my boyfriend Gary and our two dogs—an old golden retriever and a spirited young chihuahua—and traveling both locally and abroad. On rainy days, you’ll usually find me working on puzzles, reading, or cooking at home with Gary, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Cathy
Business Manager
I’m excited to be part of Lancaster PA Executor Services, whose mission to serve seniors aligns closely with my values. The organization’s vision and care-centered approach have touched my heart, and I’m honored to contribute my skills to a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
I’m a seasoned accounting professional with over three decades of experience in corporate finance and business leadership. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1990 and have spent the majority of my career serving as a Controller in both manufacturing and service-based organizations. My background blends strong technical expertise with a practical, results-driven approach to financial management.
Throughout my career, I’ve been especially passionate about supporting small businesses. I find deep fulfillment in helping business owners clarify their goals, strengthen their financial foundations, and build companies that truly work for their lives—not just their balance sheets.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three sons, two of whom are now grown and living independently. I live with my husband, Rich, of 35 years. Together we enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I also love gardening and reading across many genres.
I bring warmth, integrity, and a servant’s heart to everything I do, and look forward to supporting both the team and the seniors served by Lancaster PA Executor Services!
