Pam Witwer

Pam Witwer

CEO & Fiduciary of Record

I created this company in 2024 after learning there was a critical gap in our community: too many seniors facing their golden years without trusted support to navigate complex financial and healthcare decisions. What started as a vision to serve one or two families has grown into a thriving independent fiduciary firm that provides Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Executor, and Trustee services throughout central Pennsylvania.

I’m also the founder and owner of Lancaster PA Notary, my senior-focused traveling notary service that I established in 2023. Running two businesses allows me to serve families at different stages—whether they need a simple notarization or comprehensive life management. Both companies share the same heart: ensuring vulnerable seniors aren’t alone during some of life’s most challenging transitions.

My path to entrepreneurship came after 30 rewarding years with the Pennsylvania state government, where I specialized in finance, budgeting, and account management. That foundation gave me the technical expertise to handle complex estate matters, but it’s the relationships I’ve built with families that make this work so meaningful. I’ve witnessed firsthand how having a trusted fiduciary can transform anxiety into peace of mind—for both seniors and their adult children who live too far away or don’t have the expertise to manage everything themselves.

I’m deeply involved in our business community through BNI (Business Network International), Southern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, Southern York County Business Association, and several senior-focused networking groups. These connections allow me to build trusted relationships with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals who share my commitment to serving families with integrity.

My professional memberships in the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM) and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania keep me current on industry best practices and connect me with a network of experts nationwide. I’m honored to serve as Board Secretary for the Center for Independent Living Opportunities, a non-profit supporting individuals with disabilities throughout York, Chester and Adams counties. I also volunteer with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, a cause close to my heart given the clients I serve.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my husband and best friend, Ron. We enjoy day trips, swimming, and hunting for treasures at yard sales. We recently took our first international trip together to Mexico! We are the proud parents of two young adult sons, Ethan and Gabriel. Our home is complete with two senior rescue dogs and two quirky rescue cats who remind me daily why I do this work—everyone deserves to be cared for in their later years.

Case Manger

I’ve spent the last decade of my professional life helping people feel safe, supported, and truly seen, especially during moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
I joined Lancaster PA Executor Services as a Client Care Coordinator and recently stepped into the role of Case Manager. In this role, I manage the day-to-day details of the clients assigned to me, working under the direction of Pam Witwer, who holds the fiduciary appointment on every engagement. That means keeping bills paid and accounts in order, serving as the point of contact with senior living communities and healthcare providers, coordinating appointments, transportation, and care transitions, and keeping a careful record of everything along the way. I also continue to visit clients in person, because so much of this work is about presence: listening, offering reassurance, and noticing what needs attention before it becomes a problem. Many of the people I serve no longer have close family nearby, and I want them to know they are not alone.
My background is rooted in healthcare. I have over eight years of experience as a respiratory therapist, along with degrees in Health Science and Respiratory Care. Working in fast paced, high pressure medical environments taught me how deeply fear, stress, and uncertainty can affect people, and how powerful compassion and clear communication can be in restoring a sense of calm and dignity. More recently, I earned my Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, driven by a desire to take what I’ve learned and apply it in ways that help individuals and systems function with greater empathy, clarity, and purpose.
What draws me to this work is simple: not everyone has access to the support they need, especially later in life. I believe everyone deserves to feel cared for, respected, and advocated for, no matter their circumstances.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors bicycling local nature trails, taking long walks with my boyfriend Gary and our two dogs (an old golden retriever and a spirited young chihuahua), and traveling both locally and abroad. On rainy days, you’ll usually find me working on puzzles, reading, or cooking at home with Gary, and enjoying time with family and friends.
