Hi, I’m Pam Witwer!

After a rewarding 30-year career with the Pennsylvania state government—where I dove into everything from budgeting to account management—I found my calling in helping folks in a more personal way. Those years in finance taught me the ins and outs of managing money responsibly, which I now bring to the fiduciary and notary services I offer. As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent and Notary Signing Agent, I get to work closely with clients on estate planning, real estate transactions, and other important life steps. My goal is to make things smooth, straightforward, and personal.

I love staying involved in my local business community and am part of the Southern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International (BNI), American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), Southern York County Business Association and Buy Local Coalition-York . Through these connections, I keep up-to-date on best practices and enjoy collaborating with others to serve our clients better. Giving back is also a huge part of who I am—I volunteer with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Junior Achievement, and I sit on the board of CIL Opportunities, a nonprofit supporting people with disabilities in York, Chester, and Adams counties.

I love spending time with my husband, Ron, and our two sons, Ethan and Gabriel. We enjoy live music, swimming and yard sales. Our home is full of love from our two senior rescue dogs and two quirky rescue cats who make life a little more fun every day!
